What you need to know:

The PITT offers group personal fitness.  Each class is led by a qualified, seasoned, fitness professional.  Our focus is to provide safe and effective training in a fun and supportive environment.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Cost is $275 if registered by August 25th, $350 if registered after August 25th, 2017.

Only 75 Participants will be accepted

Must have a minimum of 5 pledges to participate.
Registration ends Thursday, September 21st.
Initial evaluations will be done Friday, Sept 22nd, @ 3pm., OR Saturday, Sept 23rd, @ 7am.  Plan for 1.5 hours.  You must attend the initial evaluation to be eligible for the FITNESS CHALLENGE.  You will be provided your beginning weight and body fat % at this meeting.
We will provide your FITNESS CHALLENGE goals by Monday, September 25th.
If losing weight and reducing body fat is your goal, we will set up a consistent weekly weigh in day, and review your progress and diet plan with you – this is an important step to help you stay on top of your goals. 
If Fitness is your goal, we will work with you to determine your specific fitness goals.
You must train a minimum of 25 different days during the 8 week challenge
Pledges will be tallied and collected at our Annual After Thanksgiving Workout – Saturday November 25th, 9am at the PITT

Prizes: $250 value

Each week that you meet your weight goal you will receive a $25 credit. If you meet all 8 weekly goals that’s $200!
Meet your 8 week body fat percentage goal and receive an additional $25 credit
Meet all 8 weekly goals AND your body fat percentage goal and receive an additional $25 credit ($250 in total credits available)
Credit is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable & must be applied towards training packages.   Credits expire if not applied by November 27th, 2017

CURRENT PITT MEMBERS:                        

PITT Members with an active membership can participate at no charge; however, you will not be eligible to win credit for goals met. 

 

**If you have participated in a Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge in the last 12 months cost is $350/person.
