Athlete FITNESs

This is real, professional sport conditioning designed for athletes to play, and stay, at the top of their game!  THE-PITT has trained Jr. High, High School, Collegiate, Professional and Olympic athletes!  Athletes will engage in one hour professional training sessions geared to build balance, hand-eye and body-ear coordination and reaction, stamina, acceleration, deceleration, speed, agility, quickness, strength, explosive power, core stability and athlete life skills (leadership, accountability, goal setting).

 

Advanced Sports Performance – 14yrs-18yrs

Advanced Sports Performance is a step up from the rest! The Elite Classes are a GREAT way to have your athlete get a jump start on the season, and stay fit during the off season! Its challenging, it works!

 

Youth Sports Performance – 8yrs to 13yrs old

Give your youth athlete the performance advantage – the Youth Performance Classes are a GREAT way to have your athlete get a jump start on the season, and stay fit during the off season! Its fun, its challenging, it works!

Elite Fitness  - SUMMER MONTHS ONLY 
ELITE, COLLEGIATE AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES WILL TRAIN 1.5 HOURS A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK TO ATTAIN MAXIMUM RESULTS.  THIS IS BY INVITATION ONLY, AND SPACE IS LIMITED.  PLEASE CONTACT INFO@THE-PITT.COM FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. COST: $250 PER MONTH FOR UNLITMITED TRAINING.  1:30 TO 3:00PM MONDAY - FRIDAY.
