This is real, professional sport conditioning designed for athletes to play, and stay, at the top of their game! THE-PITT has trained Jr. High, High School, Collegiate, Professional and Olympic athletes! Athletes will engage in one hour professional training sessions geared to build balance, hand-eye and body-ear coordination and reaction, stamina, acceleration, deceleration, speed, agility, quickness, strength, explosive power, core stability and athlete life skills (leadership, accountability, goal setting).

Elite Fitness - SUMMER MONTHS ONLY
ELITE, COLLEGIATE AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES WILL TRAIN 1.5 HOURS A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK TO ATTAIN MAXIMUM RESULTS. THIS IS BY INVITATION ONLY, AND SPACE IS LIMITED.
